 In our Employment Section, we represent clients in counseling and litigation matters relating to sexual harassment, age, gender, disability, religion, pregnancy, race and national origin discrimination, wrongful discharge, whistle-blower retaliation, and family and medical leave issues.  We provide diversity training, draft employee handbooks and employment agreements; and develop and coordinate human resources policies.  We advise and counsel clients on federal and state laws and regulations such as the NJLAD, Title VII, CEPA, ADA, ADEA, and FMLA.

Our Commercial Litigation Section represents clients in state and federal courts in matters of construction litigation, contract disputes and insurance coverage.
