Neal Berger, Esq. has been in practice for over 30 years.  He attended University of Miami for his undergraduate degree.  He then attended Nova Law School and Seton Hall Law School and graduated in 1977.  He is a certified divorce mediator, a court appointed law guardian for minor children, and is on the Matrimonial Early Settlement Panels in Morris and Union Counties.  He is licensed in New Jersey, New York, Florida, and the District of Columbia.
